How to use

The IC card prepaid water meter adopts a RF type IC card to store water volume and monitor water consumption. Customers purchase water volume at vending points and upload water volume by contactlessly swiping his IC card on the induction area of installed water meter inside or outside home to activate valve, which will open automatically to supply water.
During the period of water supply, the built-in microcomputer of water meter will automatically check and subtract the used water volume. Water meter has twice alarm function, when the purchased water volume reaches to alarm volume, water meter will close valve and stop water supply. Customer can resume water supply by swiping his IC card on water meter. When the remain water volume is used up, water meter will stop water supply completely and the customer needs to charge his IC card again.

Basic water meter feature:

  • Nominal flowrate of Qn 1.5 m³/h to 15m³/h, Q3 2.5m³/h to 25m³/h
  • R value is R80
  • Suitable for both cold and warm water applications
  • Replaceable meter inserts available
  • Good readability even at extreme operational conditions
  • Optionally retrofittable with pulse contactors

Working condition:

  • Water temperature:0.1℃~40℃ for cold water
    30℃~90℃ for hot water meter.
  • Water pressure: ≤1.0 Mpa

Note:

  • Measuring accuracy conform to ISO 4064 class B standard..
  • Available with different length on request. Available in hot water meter on request.

Maximum Permissible Error:

(1) Between qt (included) and qs is ±2%;
(2) Between qmin and qt (excluded) is ±5%.
